The 2024 Spring Run took place on Sunday 7 April.

As usual there was a choice of long and short route options, the longer running for 109 miles taking participants in a large anticlockwise loop from Milngavie to Kippen, Dunblane and Comrie before turning west to Lochearnhead then south via Aberfoyle back to Milngavie.

The awards presented on conclusion of the event at our host venue of Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym were:

• Best Veteran & Vintage: Donald Shedden, Riley RMF
• Best Classic: Jim Mc Dowall, Talbot Lotus Sunbeam
• Best Jaguar: Ronnie Russell, Jaguar XK Dynamic R
• Best Modern: Colin Moore, Dehavilland GTS Ferrari Dino
• Best RSAC Motorsport Member: Peter and Maisie Clingan, Vauxhall Astra Arizona
• Furthest Travelled: Matthew and Diane Mantle, Peugeot 205 GR
